@Nadia Quraishi I usually just whatever they are doing that day when I was following it in PBS and what they have scheduled for a week on the streaming platform. As long as I’m gently moving my whole body including the joints and fascia I’m happy.

@Dal Dhaliwal Thank you.
April Focus: Accountability Thread
We're doing this again, because it worked. If you want April to feel different from every other month, don't just think about what you want to work on. Say it out loud. Declare it here. We're all in this together and there is something genuinely powerful about putting your intention into words in front of people who get it. Keep your focus specific and simple. I've included a template and some fresh examples below. Here's what to do: 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭: Create your own post in this group using the template below. Title it: "[Your Name's] April Focus" 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮: If posting feels like a lot right now, drop it in the comments here. Either way, you're in. 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻: My April Focus This week I'm committing to: → ______________________ I'll do it ___ times per week, at ___ (time of day). If I feel resistance, I will: → ______________________ Today's date: ________ I will update this group on: ________ If you're not sure what to pick, here are some ideas: • Eat a protein-rich plant-based breakfast before 9am • Add leafy greens to one meal every day • Drink a full glass of water before your morning coffee • Prep one batch of grains or legumes every Sunday • Take a 10 minute walk after lunch • Swap your afternoon snack for something blood sugar friendly • No phone for the first 30 minutes of your morning • In bed with lights out by 10:30pm on weeknights • Cook one new plant-based recipe each week • Eat a screen free lunch at least 4 days a week Let's make April count! 💚

I’m renewing my commitment to walk daily. I made this commitment in March and wasn’t able to see it through mostly due to the weather. Tomorrow might be my first real resistance day to fight through since I believe it may be rainy.
The women who stay consistent all have this in common
A question I've been sitting with this week, and I wanted to ask you. What's the minimum you do for yourself? Not your ideal day and not the version of eating well that happens when everything goes right, but your floor, the minimum, what you will actually eat no matter what, even on the hard days and exhausting weeks and the times when the wheels are fully off. Because here's what I've noticed working with women on this for years: the ones who stay consistent aren't the ones with the most impressive healthy days, they're the ones who've decided what their floor is and never go below it. One whole foods meal counts, one green food counts, anything intentional counts. What's yours? Drop it below, even if it feels small, especially if it feels small. 👇

No meat or dairy for me either. I also always eat breakfast. And then just do the best I can that day. Some are better than others
