Day 20: Brekkie + Activity + Lunch

๏ธ - ๐ฆ already +1600 ml included 3 green teas - Activity: walked +7600 steps so far today - Mood: +++++ energy ++++ - BREAKFAST: Smoothy with oats, broken flaxseed, soy ghurt, 1/2 cup steamed cauliflower, frozen ๐๐๐๐, 1/2 frozen ๐, bit of vegan cream cheese...1 teasoon vanilla stevia...so good...so good ๐๐.. - Weather was better โ๏ธโ
๏ธ today...walked to fysio and back, had Christian gathering , drank 2 green teas there, ate 1 small vanilla waffel...someone brought it..(was non vegan but yummy). Walked back homewards. Ate my LUNCH: I MEALPREPPED YESTERDAY= cooked ww pasta + steamed veggies like (spinach + white onion + garlic + green peas.) + 1 small spoon of red pesto (some oil in it). Before I went WFPB I would smother my pasta all over with shredded cheddar cheese and let it melt onto my pasta but NOT THIS TIME! I JUST PUT 10 GR OF HEMP SEEDS ON TOP OF MY PASTA..SO GOOD..SO YUMMY..SO LIGHT! - This big bowl..see photo is for 3 portions hey! - This is a mindshift in my book! A big one! - Waw for myself I feel...hihihi! ๐๐๐๐
