Keep it simple..You don't need to make the fancy smoothie
Not a big smoothie person? Don't have time to hunt down beets or fresh ginger? That's exactly why I'm also giving you three staple smoothies you can use any day, all week long. These are made with ingredients most people already have at home - a frozen banana, some spinach, plant milk, frozen berries, frozen mango. The whole point of this challenge is to show you that nourishing yourself doesn't have to be complicated. A Classic Green Smoothie made with three ingredients counts just as much as any of the daily recipes. Show up, blend something, post your photo. That's a win. 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗲 1 frozen banana 2 big handfuls of spinach or spring mix 1 cup unsweetened plant milk or water Optional: 1 tbsp ground flaxseed 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗕𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱 1 frozen banana 1 cup frozen mixed berries 1 cup unsweetened plant milk, coconut water, or plain water 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗼 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 1 cup frozen mango 1 frozen banana 1 cup coconut water, orange juice, or water Squeeze of lime

Day 1: 5-Day Smoothie Glow-Up
We're kicking off the 5-Day Smoothie Glow-Up today and I am SO excited to do this with you! 🎉 Here's your one job today: make a smoothie, snap a photo, and post it right here in the feed. Not sure where to start? Here's today's recipe to get you going: 𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗚𝗟𝗢𝗪 𝗦𝗠𝗢𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗘 • 1 frozen banana • 1 cup frozen mango chunks • 1 cup frozen pineapple • 1 cup coconut water • Big handful of spinach (trust me, you won't taste it) Mango and pineapple are loaded with vitamin C and digestive enzymes, so this one is doing a lot more for you than it looks. Blend until smooth, pour it in your favorite glass, and post that photo! Use the caption "Day 1 ✅" so we can all cheer each other on. Who's blending with me today? Drop your photo below! 👇

April Focus: Accountability Thread
We're doing this again, because it worked. If you want April to feel different from every other month, don't just think about what you want to work on. Say it out loud. Declare it here. We're all in this together and there is something genuinely powerful about putting your intention into words in front of people who get it. Keep your focus specific and simple. I've included a template and some fresh examples below. Here's what to do: 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭: Create your own post in this group using the template below. Title it: "[Your Name's] April Focus" 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮: If posting feels like a lot right now, drop it in the comments here. Either way, you're in. 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻: My April Focus This week I'm committing to: → ______________________ I'll do it ___ times per week, at ___ (time of day). If I feel resistance, I will: → ______________________ Today's date: ________ I will update this group on: ________ If you're not sure what to pick, here are some ideas: • Eat a protein-rich plant-based breakfast before 9am • Add leafy greens to one meal every day • Drink a full glass of water before your morning coffee • Prep one batch of grains or legumes every Sunday • Take a 10 minute walk after lunch • Swap your afternoon snack for something blood sugar friendly • No phone for the first 30 minutes of your morning • In bed with lights out by 10:30pm on weeknights • Cook one new plant-based recipe each week • Eat a screen free lunch at least 4 days a week Let's make April count! 💚
