Keep it simple..You don't need to make the fancy smoothie
Not a big smoothie person? Don't have time to hunt down beets or fresh ginger? That's exactly why I'm also giving you three staple smoothies you can use any day, all week long. These are made with ingredients most people already have at home - a frozen banana, some spinach, plant milk, frozen berries, frozen mango. The whole point of this challenge is to show you that nourishing yourself doesn't have to be complicated. A Classic Green Smoothie made with three ingredients counts just as much as any of the daily recipes. Show up, blend something, post your photo. That's a win.
