Our founder has just completed a full week water fast.
This isnโ€™t part of the Reset Challenge, and Iโ€™m not inviting anyone to do the same.
This is simply an example of what becomes possible when ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐—ฝ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฒ, ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—บ๐—บ๐—ถ๐˜๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜, and ๐—บ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐˜ are fully aligned.
Last night, he broke his fast and ate, closing the week with ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป and ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—น.
Itโ€™s a reminder that the limits we think we have are often mental โ€” and with ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ถ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐˜†, what once felt impossible can become possible.
