Fallen off the wagon
Kings birthday weekend! Anyone would think I was the King given how much I ate and drank this weekend! Not proud of myself, I just need to bounce back and get back on track! Weight gain is definitely a reflection of how much fun I had! ๐Ÿ˜† I'll knuckle down.

Removing it
Reading lots this week about removing yourself away from people, situations, and things that are dragging you down. Can be as simple as at home We have all the unhealthy food up on top shelf in a basket, and nuts and whole foods at front, at eye level. If that doesnโ€™t work, remove it completely and build better habits. Iron sharpens iron and proud to be part of this community. Letโ€™s keep motivating each other and keeping on track.
