I have not stopped walking 10000 steps daily except finding Sundays a bit hard and on holidays at the moment in Brisbane’s and finding it hard getting steps in but always aim for the best. Diet hard to maintain but doing well, no scales down here so weight is a mystery

No shortcuts, no overcomplicating it—just 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 and 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤. Your WHY has to be stronger than your excuses
Everyone starts motivated. Everyone feels good on Day 1.But somewhere along the way… it gets hard. You’re tired. Busy. Sore. Tempted. That’s where most people fall off — not because they can’t do it, but because their WHY isn’t strong enough. Your WHY is what carries you when: - You don’t feel like training - You want to eat rubbish - You think “I’ll start again Monday” If your WHY is just “I want to lose a bit of weight” — that won’t last.But if your WHY is deeper… - “I want to be around longer for my kids” - “I’m sick of breaking promises to myself” - “I want to become the man I know I can be” Now that’s different. That creates discipline.
