Your WHY has to be stronger than your excuses
Everyone starts motivated. Everyone feels good on Day 1.But somewhere along the wayโ€ฆ it gets hard. Youโ€™re tired. Busy. Sore. Tempted. Thatโ€™s where most people fall off โ€” not because they canโ€™t do it, but because their WHY isnโ€™t strong enough. Your WHY is what carries you when: - You donโ€™t feel like training - You want to eat rubbish - You think โ€œIโ€™ll start again Mondayโ€ If your WHY is just โ€œI want to lose a bit of weightโ€ โ€” that wonโ€™t last.But if your WHY is deeperโ€ฆ - โ€œI want to be around longer for my kidsโ€ - โ€œIโ€™m sick of breaking promises to myselfโ€ - โ€œI want to become the man I know I can beโ€ Now thatโ€™s different. That creates discipline.
