Linken Park would have to be the all time reliable pump up, Rufus Du Sol is what is played most at gym in my ears. On walks I love the older stuff, today it was icehouse!

Today is the last day for Joseph — what an incredible effort. Off the back of Ed’s Uncomfortable Challenge fundraiser, he rolled straight into my 28-Day Challenge and never missed a beat. He’s shown how committed he is to becoming healthy and becoming the best version of himself. Love seeing him in the gym with his family — he leads from the front. Well done, mate. Great fella 👏🔥
