Commitment
Before I started my first 28 Day Reset challenge I was 122kg. Having completed 3, Today I weigh 89kg. The weight is one thing but the mindset and focus is much bigger! I remember my mindset during my first challenge, thinking to myself I might not do this component or that component. Thinking I will likely revert to my old lifestyle after the challenge. Towards the end of the first, I started feeling better, less joint aches, more mobility, stronger, and focussed! The second challenge I had an idea of what worked for me, and dialled in and refined that! My third challenge I knew what worked and turned up every day, ticked all boxes, each day! My four key learnings which may help you on your journey are: - Each component of the challenge for mind, body, and spirit are as important as each other and if you are going to commit, commit! - What works for someone else may not work for you! Whether that be food, workouts, or how they structure their day - focus on you! - Plan your food and meal prep if you can. - Don’t underestimate the power of spirit and importance of strengthening that! A big focus for me is the higher power, centring that and making it number one! Have a great weekend, all, and enjoy this journey!

How incredible is this! I have completed 3 reset challenges and it has completely transformed by mind, body, and spirit and how I live every single day!
🎉 Reset Finisher – Glen’s 2nd Reset 🎉
Let’s give a big shoutout to @Glen Roddy for completing his second 28 Day Reset. 👏 📉 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭: 117.2 kg 🏁 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐖𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭: 112.1 kg That’s 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝟓 𝐤𝐠 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧 during the challenge — solid progress built through 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 and effort. 💪 Throughout the Reset, he kept 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐩 — hitting his steps, staying on track with meals, journaling most days, and mixing in workouts like boxing, weights, sprints, and swimming. He even pushed through a rough start with the “man flu” on 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏. Every Reset is another step forward, and Glen continued 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐬 throughout the challenge. Because of that dedication, Glen has earned the 🏅 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 — recognizing his 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 and 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 throughout his second Reset journey.💪 Great work finishing another Reset, Glen. 👏💪

Finishing at 72 hour water fast at 5pm today. I haven’t done longer than 48 before. Proud of me had lost 2.1kg this morning.
Footy is back
Footy season is finally back. Normally, I would head to the bottle shop and get some beers, and takeaway! Over 100 days of no alcohol, and never felt better and had more energy. Bit of a treat dinner tonight, has been a big week!
