Before I started my first 28 Day Reset challenge I was 122kg. Having completed 3, Today I weigh 89kg. The weight is one thing but the mindset and focus is much bigger! I remember my mindset during my first challenge, thinking to myself I might not do this component or that component. Thinking I will likely revert to my old lifestyle after the challenge. Towards the end of the first, I started feeling better, less joint aches, more mobility, stronger, and focussed! The second challenge I had an idea of what worked for me, and dialled in and refined that! My third challenge I knew what worked and turned up every day, ticked all boxes, each day! My four key learnings which may help you on your journey are: - Each component of the challenge for mind, body, and spirit are as important as each other and if you are going to commit, commit! - What works for someone else may not work for you! Whether that be food, workouts, or how they structure their day - focus on you! - Plan your food and meal prep if you can. - Don’t underestimate the power of spirit and importance of strengthening that!
