Removing it
Reading lots this week about removing yourself away from people, situations, and things that are dragging you down. Can be as simple as at home We have all the unhealthy food up on top shelf in a basket, and nuts and whole foods at front, at eye level. If that doesn’t work, remove it completely and build better habits. Iron sharpens iron and proud to be part of this community. Let’s keep motivating each other and keeping on track. Something that Mick preachers and helps me a great deal is meal prep. Having everything measured and ready for meals and snacks helps me eat the right foods and also measure correctly. Also, eating early helped me a lot initially. Dinner at 5:30 with kids. Can’t wait for this journey with you all!
