The word is Challenge
This whole thing is built around that one word. A challenge is a test. Not against anyone else โ€” against you. For one person, the โ€œchallengeโ€ might simply be: โœ… 10,000 steps a day โœ… eat clean โœ… drink more water โœ… go to bed earlier For someone else, it might be: โœ… add 2โ€“3 workouts a week โœ… stop skipping strength training โœ… lock in a routine โœ… cut the excuses Different starting points. Same mission. Because growth only happens when we do what we havenโ€™t been doing. So ask yourself today: Whatโ€™s the one thing Iโ€™ve been avoidingโ€ฆ that I need to start doing to improve? Pick it. Commit to it. And let the challenge change you. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ”ฅ
Personal insights from measuring
It is simple but still amazing how much insight you get just by starting to track and measure things. Personally, it really helps you tune into what your bodyโ€™s doing. I noticed I had some red wine on Saturday night, and I find it tends to bump my weight up about 36 hours later. On Saturday morning I actually dropped to 106 kg (from a starting 106.7 kg earlier in the day ), which felt good, but had a rise in weight after getting a bit social. Importantly i am getting results the other way which follow bigger efforts about 48 hours later. Have a great day !
