Whatโ€™s for dinner?
hi community, new week, new goals. Sharing what I am having for dinner, love to see yours.. I am thinking of kicking off my 4th reset challenge, I think a great time leading into Easter and throughout. Further embedding good habits and building strength in mind, body, spirit. I would love to do it with the community who has done 1 or more with me in the past, and some new members. Is anyone keen?

Footy is back
Footy season is finally back. Normally, I would head to the bottle shop and get some beers, and takeaway! Over 100 days of no alcohol, and never felt better and had more energy. Bit of a treat dinner tonight, has been a big week!
