AI AGENT TUTORIAL : Your Club is happening in 20 hours
Not MIA.
I am not actually missing. I am bringing more people into my club from my cleanse. Today's sale happened as I did the follow-up call after the cleanse with a former member of my Vibrant Living Tribe. I gave her the first month of the VLT as a bonus for taking the cleanse. She signed up for the free month. I hope to move her into the year-long program. I offered her 50% discount on the tuition. So we have another temporary member of the tribe. April 28-May 3 I will be in San Francisco at the Anusara Yoga Kula gathering. I am teaching 3 practice sessions during the conference. I am there to refresh my own practice and teaching skills and recharge my batteries. It suddenly feels like sales sessions are not as scary as they used to be. Sending big hugs to all especially to @Valerie Hwang Beck @Nina Pullella for their support in helping me hone my sales skills. I am listening to Cate's club growth call on 4.23.

Sales Mock Sessions Tomorrow
Hello everyone! I'm looking forward to leading tomorrow's sales mock sessions. Last session, @Jacalyn Prete requested that we take some time to share resources and assets that we use in our sales sessions, such as roadmaps, calendars, email templates. If you have anything that has worked well for you in sales sessions, we'd love to learn from you! Please consider bringing in your resources for some show-and-tell. If you're having trouble with sales conversations, struggle with understanding the CLOSER framework or any other framework that we're using in WPA, please bring your questions, gripes and concerns. Breakthrough Free Talk
Gave a free talk on the Microbiome and have made at least 3 apts for strategy sessions. It is my birthday and the talk went really well. I started with their what and their Why. Reallly focused on their pain points. Got them to book a session. I have their text or emails to get them to book a session if they dont do it themselves. Then sold the vacation. @Valerie Hwang Beck @Cate Stillman @Nina Pullella @Paula Pister My confidence is finally getting stronger. Thank you, Cate and crew! My upcoming cleanse has 8 people including current members.

GDOC Phase 1: Discover Their World Goal: Map the reality. Be the curious observer, not the expert (yet). - The Opener: "To start us off, tell me a little about where you are right now with [their area: e.g., your health / your spiritual path]. What does daily life look like for you in that space?" - The Depth: "I see. And are you navigating that mostly on your own right now, or are you part of a container or program?" - The Pain Point: "Looking at all of that... what has been the most frustrating part for you lately?" Pro Tip: Listen for the "Gaps." If they say they are "fine," ask: "What’s the one thing that, if it stayed exactly like this for another year, would be unacceptable?" Phase 2: Surface the Desire Goal: Let them paint the "Gold Rolex" version of their life in vivid color. - The Magic Wand: "If we could wave a magic wand and things looked exactly the way you wanted six months from now—no restrictions—what would that actually look like?" - The Expansion: "You mentioned [use their word: e.g., 'freedom' or 'vitality']. Tell me more about that. What does [word] actually feel like in your day-to-day?" - The Meaning: "And what would it mean to you, personally, to finally have that?" - The Timeline: "How long have you been carrying this vision?" Phase 3: Make Them Defend It Goal: Shift the burden of proof. Let them argue for why they need this NOW. - The Obstacle: "You’ve clearly wanted this for a while. What do you think has been the real thing keeping you from making it happen until now?" - The Value: "If someone could hand you a path to [restate their Phase 2 dream]—and you knew it was the real deal—what would that be worth to you?" - The Cost of Inaction: "And if nothing changes? If we speak again a year from now and you’re still [restate their Phase 1 pain]... how does that feel?" Phase 4: The Natural Close Goal: Reflect their words back to them and open the door.
