Great kickoff call last night with some of the Wolf Tribe ladies and we all got clarity on workouts, water and protein. Check out last post on measuring protein and looking forward to picking her brain on all the fitness stuff which she is masterful at. We also shared our Leader Habit commitments which were really inspiring. Lots of folks working on life projects for this month that will be super cool to hear about throughout this month. Mine is daily editing of Wolf Wisdom book and also some fun writing on a new interpretation of the Iron John myth.
My exercise is 30 minute dog training walk. Protein and water on track.
