Movement - Walk... my body was very tired (who knows) Water - ✅ Protein - ✅ Leader Habit - not much tangible. worked on podcast strategy, that sounds fancier than it was (this took a backseat to family time)
Day 19: 12/19
This morning I was washing my hands and thought… why does that hurt a bit… you guys I have a blister on my hand 🥳😆🙌. Had to think for a second then realized- its from rowing every morning since 12/1 - whoot, whoot! Love it!! The work is showing off 😆. 30 min row before work, water and protein - not there yet. Leader habit… continued to work on my countdown to 50 spreadsheet.

Leader habit ✅ Water ✅ Did not work out today or hit protein goal We did just a fabulous Wolf Tribe holiday party tonight with the most amazing people. Grateful and proud!

Off day from gym but ran the dogs. Did not write a lick except work stuff. Did get the water and check in! On a more successful note, had a great holiday party for the Wolf Tribe folks tonight and finished last coaching call of the year

Birthday celebration!!
Y’all… working on protein, and kicked my own butt so hard I can barely walk today. Lol. But last night I enjoyed a night out on the town for my birthday! Woooo! Water… drinking chamomile tea w no sweetener to flush the wine & purple haze blackberry drinks I had! Leadership… the training is happening in January! Woohoo!
