Water: 112 oz Protein: 116g Movement: 103 min of walking in a snowstorm leader habit: 30 min reading Didn’t go to the gym as planned. Didn’t go anywhere as planned. I’m okay either way it. Double workout at gym tomorrow. Dogs are happy. I’m happy. Hope you all are happy too :)

Day 6 - Check In
Movement - Morning Hike + Walk (about 2.5 hours) Water - ✅ I really need to figure out pacing, so that I don't have to use the restroom multiple times while shopping at Costco. Protein - ✅ Costco trip to get some easy protein choices. I have been using Orgain protein powder, but find that it bothers my stomach after while. Decided to try Ascent. I haven't tried whey before. Leader Habit - Took myself on a hike with my dog instead a my usual run / walk around the neighborhood. Hiking in beautiful places fills my soul, but I often drag my feet to drive someplace. (I, also, feel like I can't spare the time, so today was a win.) I reaped the benefits of this choice all day. YAY!!!! What are your favorite protein powders? Do you even like them in general or are they too "processed"?

If I use to much protein powder or eat to many protein bars I have some serious digestive issues. I recently had to back off the protein supplements and am working on getting protein from food. I will say, the one I have no issues with is Perfect Aminos. I think their pills are great and the bars are pretty good.

@Emile Pretorius I am glad I did it. It was DUMPING. Someone pulled over and asked if I needed a ride. I said, “no thanks, I’m doing this in purpose” lol

Water: 100oz Protein: 90g Movement: finally got into the gym this week! Arms/chest/abs Leader: started journaling (haven’t done that in many years). Having another storm tonight, more snow on the way. Have a great night!

Protein- yup Water- at least a gallon Movement- 94 min of dog walking (base layers and spikes a must for the rest of the season). Did not make it to gym- ended up going to a neighborhood holiday party and walked around in 14 degrees for to long looking at the decorations. Not sad about it, I rarely get out and do social things with other humans (always with doggos), it was well worth it. Leadership: Reading same book for 30 min Definitely had to much sugar and caffeine tonight. Had a blast though. Back on track tomorrow. I hope you all were able to get out into the moonlight tonight.
