Hit a brutal arm workout this morning to start the week, more to knock out the cobwebs and regain a baseline for the next four weeks, and boy am I feeing it tonight! Hit my water, and protein goals. For leadership I took an admin day to get my journal set back up for my weekly âto-doâ section, mapped out my workouts for the rest of the week in that section, and finally finalized a layout for my daily gratitude pages in the last section. Overall a pretty good day!
