Day 2 of morning workout
 hit snooze way too many times but got 30 mins of rowing and light weights in before work ✔ Did 40 mins walk this afternoon Water and Protein
 getting closer Leader habit- Listened to a Huberman Lab podcast and helping a friend rework her resume.

 last night I acknowledged that this week is going to be challenging with afternoon and evening activities for my son every night
 so to navigate I decided I need to wake up early to get my workout in before the sun rises. 5am - 2o min row, 15 minutes light weights. Made a healthy breakfast- 3 eggs and even had some time to read a few pages of a book before getting Maverick up and ready for school. There was a time I woke up every morning at 4am
 working out was not negotiated
 I just did it. I am far from that person but trying to find her again. Water and protein- close but still not hitting the target. Leader habit- got some Christmas cards written and teacher gifts wrapped ✔
Day 8
Wrapped up a perfunctory exercise day of lunges in the back yard. Will be back at the gym hammering on Wednesday! Had a solid writing day, however and wrapped up the initial edits of Wolf Wisdom book to hand off to @Morgan Vicki Todd ! Tomorrow is our last direct service of 2025 and we're out at the wolf sanctuary with a leadership team from Sixt, a new car rental company making moves here in the US. Gonna be cold and epic!

Hit a brutal arm workout this morning to start the week, more to knock out the cobwebs and regain a baseline for the next four weeks, and boy am I feeing it tonight! Hit my water, and protein goals. For leadership I took an admin day to get my journal set back up for my weekly “to-do” section, mapped out my workouts for the rest of the week in that section, and finally finalized a layout for my daily gratitude pages in the last section. Overall a pretty good day!

PT - One hour today (Bailey joins me at PT). A bit sore from that, so had a chill workout at the gym after. Also did 2, 1/5 mile walks today. Drank more water, but I'm not good at measuring that. I've decided it's not a good idea for me to count my food intake, so I'm not going to measure/weigh my protein, but I ate chicken for lunch, and had homemade lentil soup (made with chicken broth) for dinner. I think I'll start journaling. :)
