I hit all the markers today except for the protein- got close but not quite. Leader habit was a GREAT meeting with @Morgan Vicki Todd today. Moved my project forward and also had a really wonderful personal connection. So happy to have a tribe around us that are all working on improving our lives. Having a girls night w/my girl while @Philip Folsom is travelling. Ordered healthy beef bowls from a really great restaurant here called Colony- all grass fed meat and no seed oils. Gonna watch a Christmas romcom now - LOL Happy Friday!
