I hit all the markers today except for the protein- got close but not quite. Leader habit was a GREAT meeting with @Morgan Vicki Todd today. Moved my project forward and also had a really wonderful personal connection. So happy to have a tribe around us that are all working on improving our lives. Having a girls night w/my girl while @Philip Folsom is travelling. Ordered healthy beef bowls from a really great restaurant here called Colony- all grass fed meat and no seed oils. Gonna watch a Christmas romcom now - LOL Happy Friday! FYI: protein today : Approx 90 grams Breakfast 3 eggs (18 grams) Snack cottage cheese w/ blueberries & Honey (14 grams) Lunch - chicken salad ( 20 grams) Snack - protein bar (10 grams) Dinner -Beef bowl ( 30 grams)

Pretty sweet mediation view of Tahoe this morning and snuck out of conference for a quick workout and editing sesh.

Take the stair path; it's never crowded.
Knocked out a leg day at hotel and some writing (leadership habit). Protein is probably low but water is good. Notice the things we do for our service, honor and reputation that we won't do for ourselves. This is a very, very ancient, powerful and important human truth we all need to reclaim.

Day 4 check in
Working on releasing old stories with action. Today did 3O mins of movement 12 mins rowing and 20 light weights- doesn’t sound like much but its a start. Getting closer to water goal but quite there. Protein- same as water. Had time in community this morning with my female fellowship group at work. Asked for prayer and working on receiving vs always just giving.
