No meditation. Did the post. Adventurous drive to a cross country meet that included hydroplaning multiple times. Loved the meet. Did an impromptu stop at a playground (with a metal slide and merry-go-round) for nostalgia with my daughter. Simple supper and peanut butter pie with my kids and my parents to celebrate year 47.

Got lots of house and life stuff done this week. Also battled through the low point of all my writing projects which is the middle when everything is shitty and hopeless and no end in sight. Road of Trials phase. Also transcended my poopy start of the week and back on the fitness mission and that is vital for both physical and psychological well being. Had a great week of Sovereign posts. Wrapping a little video now for today's post or may wait till tomorrow. These are our dogs when I pull up outside. They are not allowed on the couch...

Did a social media post. No AM meditation. Doing PM shortly. Had some fun karaoke with my daughter. HS football game had military night. May we never forget 9/11/01. ❤️🤍💙 Snapped this at sunset at the game.
