Had a great meeting with my team and about promoting my book. I’m so excited and super grateful for the support and talent they bring. For movement I jogged my dogs and got my cardio day done outside instead of gym. And for sobering goal I met with Ravenwolf leadership team ( and ) and planned next week’s call. It was a good day!
