After a pretty horrible end to June with having to put my dog down of 16 years, I'm trying to welcome July with gentleness. Even with it being Warrior month. Goals: Recommit to movement/working out min. 3x a week Eat healthier. My mom and I are starting a more plant based diet and reducing our eating out habits. Make 1 video a week and actually post it to YouTube. Recommit to my consignment shelves and shop: keeping up with inventory and decoratingmy shelves, working on website, etc. I think these will help navigate the new absence in my life and not let myself fall too hard.
