Feeling tired 🥱 My friend asked me to come work today at the cannabis place I managed for many years. So nothing much done from the goals of the month- except I made money (which is all time goal😁) and sure got over 20k steps since I’ve been on my feet, literally, from 10am till 6pm without breaks. And of course goals from last month that became a habit/routine is still present like taking vitamins and drinking more water 🥰✅ Right now sitting in front of beautiful view, thought ill be alone, resting, unwinding, but… I forgot, it’s 4th of July… so I sure got company of whole neighborhood 😁

Short check in today, so tired and falling asleep 😴 No school hours done today- they are close till Monday 😭😭😭 BUT, spent about 2 hours at the gym… mostly at the sauna and recovery beds 🤣 okay I’m kidding, but still it was definitely a big portion of those 2hrs. Needed to take my car in to the mechanic so that took time too and then had to get ready for the show- it was straight an hour show so definitely got those steps in today besides gym 💪🏼 So from the goals: Gym done ✅ Pretty active day, my days are just as my “too short/too long check ins” either too active or way too much sitting at the same spot 📕 😁 😴😴😴

Move = done. All the odd shaped bits & bobs took longer than expected, got going at 8 and wrapped up around 4pm. Felt nice leaving the place clean, neat & tidy. Some temptation for celebration / reward, ticking off another alcohol-free day. Taking a slow day tomorrow but will be unpacking & sorting out my mushrooms!! Hope you all have a good weekend & 4th of July!

Ate better today, fruit in replacement of processed sugar. I didn't do much movement today besides lifting boxes, but my space is cleaner.
