Quick question for you all 👀 I'm curious how are you currently tracking your cycle? Are you using an app? A wearable? Good old pen and paper? Nothing at all yet? Delayed periods and pms?
So my cycles are kinda long 30-38 days. A few times a year it's two months. And it happenens that my period is delayed. Like this time around I'm currently around 10 days late and I suspect its gonna be one of those times I skip my period entirely. My question is: Where on my cycle am I then? Because I still have light pms symptoms (like slightly sore breatst.) Am I just going to be in the lutheal phase until my next period? Or how does that actually work? I am always so confused when this happens because, I don't know what I can do in terms of cycle syncing, fasting and workouts.
PMS and period pain
How do you guys manage PMS and period pain? The first two days of my periods are deadly painful, I can't do anything but be in bed all day. This really hurts my work and other chores that are important and can't be missed every month for two days. Also I get really really cranky, and feel off just a week before periods. It feels like my mood is on a rollercoaster and not just on a swing. If any of you, has faced this and overcomed it, please let me know. Also if you haven't overcomed it, my warm hugs are with you. In any case, would love to hear back!
Dealing with insulin resistance?

I definitely need help. Im 10 days late to getting a period. Im not pregnant. What am i supposed to do? 😭
