PMS and period pain
How do you guys manage PMS and period pain? The first two days of my periods are deadly painful, I can't do anything but be in bed all day. This really hurts my work and other chores that are important and can't be missed every month for two days. Also I get really really cranky, and feel off just a week before periods. It feels like my mood is on a rollercoaster and not just on a swing. If any of you, has faced this and overcomed it, please let me know. Also if you haven't overcomed it, my warm hugs are with you. In any case, would love to hear back!

One life. Your dream body. Let's do it together
I came to a realization these days: we have one life... Don't waste the opportunity to live your life in your dream body And I don't mean your "dream body" as some Pinterest aesthetic. I mean the body that feels powerful, alive, capable, and fully yours like you're in control. And how do you get there? By moving, working out, running, eating well, moving your lymph, showing up for yourself consistently. I want to give you that extra push, not just to start this year the right way, but to keep you accountable and motivated to follow through the entire year. So I want to propose something: a challenge or a mini club here in this community space. And here's why I'm thinking RUNNING🏃🏻: The simplest way to move without needing literally anything more than what you already have is to run. You don't need any equipment to start and no gym membership. We're all runners, some of us just haven't started yet So, who's in???? Before I come back with a format and structure, I want to hear from you first: - Would you be interested in a running challenge/club? - What would keep you motivated and accountable? - What would make this actually work for you? Drop a comment and let me know what you think. Once I hear from a few of you, I'll come back with some concrete proposals. Let's make this the year we stop talking about it and actually do it!!! Please count me in. I have tried running before for increasing my stamina and a better overall health. But I have never been consistent. Hopefully this one would take me to marathons one day :)

Hello, I am Khushi Koshta from India. I am having a lot of troubles with my mood lately, feels like I am always in the PMS phase. I want to understand and regulate my cycle better. Here for the above said reasons and exploring this safe space :)

What are your biggest cravings before your period? Lately, I want to eat as much spicy, salt and lime as possible 🌝!

My cravings are also texture dependent. Something spicy and crunchy is what I crave.
