Sweet or salty
What are your biggest cravings before your period? Lately, I want to eat as much spicy, salt and lime as possible 🌝!
Menstrual cycle hacks
I want to share some of my personal hacks for having a better period. Over the last four years, I’ve learned to truly listen to my body after dealing with extremely painful periods—cramps, vomiting, intense pain, and days when I could barely move. 1. water with electrolytes 2. cycle seeds 3.confort food and easy to digest 4. no sodas, no coffee, no gluten (there will be time for that). 5.walk at least 30 min per day, except for the 1-2 days of the period I normally do this 3 days before I get my period, but if you want to know more specific info drop a comment This info is base on my own body, my own research! I invite you to start your own journey ✨

@Nickie M d I’m gonna take a look 😱 thank you for sharing! So far, I have just bought electrolyte powder. Normally I drink one spoon during my luteal phase and two spoons during my period.

Let's talk about
Hey girls, I'm doing research about period education. I noticed that we are from all over the world, so I would like to know if when you got your first period someone took the time to explain the whole process of it or just gave you instructions about how the use a pad? I want to know if is something about my country or something cultural. Thanks

@Emma Fourgeaud thank you for your answer. I really like to read this info because in my mind I thought this only happens to me because I'm in Mexico which is not developed as other countries, now I'm starting to think this is something like, women's history, culture, or generational.

New crash course added! 🔐 [Unlock at level 4]
Hiiii my loves omg quick share before I forget 🧡 We added a new crash course The Playbook - for him and her, focused on understanding the menstrual cycle together and how to talk about it without tension. We all know that explaining what is going on in a way that HE gets it... can be tricky. Access unlocks at level 4, no charges whatsoever. This community grows through showing up, sharing, reacting, reflecting. When your engagement goes up, access opens up. Simple. Hit level 4 and the course will unlock for you. You find it in the tab Classroom. Ok back to my day now. Hope you're having a great one so far! Teo xx

You already give the first step that is taking care of your cycle! I’m sure you will start to receiving the correct info. But the most important thing is hearing your own body!
