Okay that title sounds weird, but I wanted to ask if anyone else doing FT has noticed an improvement in their ability and strength to stand tall by the zipping up of their internals. In Chinese medicine and martial arts, it's the line from the hui yin point to the bai hui point. Also, since we're all adults here, I feel this also resulted in a stronger pelvic floor.
I could feel myself working on zipping up this line when I was doing ETS, in particular the exercises where we're in a straddle and we push the legs into the ground (e.g. timestamp 6:25 of #ETS Session One 9/1/2025 ). This was an unexpected benefit and will potentially help to avoid potential womanly issues (uterine prolapse) as I age.
