Maintaining after no injections / Hair loss?

Hiii everyone! I have lost 136 pounds within the past 12 months 🥳 However due to financial reasons, I'm not able to take the injections at the moment but I hope to be back taking it soon. I am still taking Phentermine daily (and have been for 12 months too) but I'm wondering:

Maintaining before I start taking them again - how are you dealing? What can I do? I feel as though I'm at a plateau now
I know my hair is thinning and it makes me so sad. What can I do?!
