Tirz for weight loss
Hi all, question for anyone whoās used Tirz Mounjaro and stalled. Iām currently at 5mg dose and not sure whether to go up again or change over to Reta. Has anyone had this issue with Tirz.

@Joanne Zuniga eating up to 1400 calories a day. Doing 10000 steps a day. Protein good. However just has bloods done as Iām extremely tired on this glp and it looks like my iron is low or am I looking at this wrong. Finding it hard to get to sleep too even though tired and my heart racing. But blood pressure good.

Need advice. I started the Mounjaro journey 8 week ago and recently brought some new scales that weigh everything including heart rates. When I get up in the morning my resting heart rate is 120 but slowly goes down I have got hashimotos so wondering is it linked to my thyroid or the peptide itself. I have started drinking in my water a hydrolite powder that has lots of potassium as well. Anyone got the same issues.

@Graham Phillips @Joanne Zuniga checked bloods and blood pressure. Thyroid everything fine. The only thing that has come up in blood test is low iron I think the scales could be wrong. My reading this morning was 119/68 so pretty good. I did read that the glps can affect your iron levels. Weirdly itās made me tired but not able to sleep at night properly.

Question about GHK-cu. I pinned my shot on Friday and I have had a red mark and seems to be a lump under the skin. Has anyone had that before and will be lump just go away.

Hi Joanne. Thank you for your response. Itās like a little lump underneath like a bruise feeling if that makes sense and itās been there since Friday so a few days.
