The 2nd lesson in the $500M mastermind video is essentially unique value proposition (UVP) in branding.
a UVP often comes from a few key areas:
  1. what you're doing
  2. how you're doing it
  3. why you're doing it
  4. who's doing it (ie your style, personality, etc.)
  5. how you make people feel when you do it
yours can be something original in one or a mix of these.
For context: i worked in brand strategy for 16 years at nike, espn, and the NBA and consulted startups and founders on this but stopped a few years ago and now focus on people's careers b/c it's more meaningful/interesting. i don't have a positioning/branding offer to sell you.
PS: i suggested a meetup to anyone who wanted to work through their positioning, but an admin deleted it saying it was "against the community policies" even though there's a "MEETUP" category and these policies aren't posted anywhere.
... might be helpful if there are policies posted so people know what they are and don't spend effort on posts that will be deleted?
