When i'm tired, drained, feeling close to burn out what works best for me is solitude and to go within.
After studying Raja Yoga I have a deep respect for silence, stillness, connection, pause.
If you need to step back and spend hours in silence, stillness honour that calling. Dont rush to explain yourself to others. Dont rush back to noise. Dont rush to connection back to the outside world. Pause. Soften. Release. Listen. Lighten.
That time you feel you dont have to go within, will serve you to come back fuller, more whole, more connected, with more insight.
