Lately I’ve been noticing how the body speaks long before the mind catches up.
A tight chest before a conversation… a sinking belly before a decision… a warmth in the throat when something true wants to be said.
What’s surprised me is how intelligent these sensations are.
They’re not random, they’re leadership.
When I stopped trying to “fix” the discomfort and instead got curious about it, something shifted. The tension wasn’t a problem anymore; it became a doorway. Emotional fluidity stopped meaning “feel good” and started meaning “let every feeling move.”
The more capacity I build, the more I’m realizing:
My nervous system isn’t holding me back.
It’s holding my history, my wisdom, and my way forward.
If anyone else is exploring this edge, what’s one sensation or pattern your body has been teaching you lately?
