We are not meant to heal alone
I am struggling with finding joy. I have always struggled with connections. I recently realized I created the distance out of fear of being hurt. I'm currently in a housing situation with no possibility of connecting on a meaningful level with anyone here, I've tried. They are all 50 years younger than me (long story) and live for gaming or getting high. My results in learning Somatic breathwork are... I am in and out of feeling amazing, then dropping back into powerlessness. I keep at it and hope to find a sense of connection with people in this group and some consistency/stability in my nervous system soon.

@Court Simp I would absolutely love that! And I'm not always in this headspace and can be quite a connected and knowledgeable support as well. 😉

@T Duncan Thank you! It's a process for sure. I just moved two days ago out of a situation that triggered me, kept me feeling terribly unsafe and dysregulated my nervous system on a daily basis. I learned so much and let go of so many judgments and traumas that I needed to release. All it took was the move flip the switch and I am in a new state, jumped timelines in fact, and feeling safe, happy and filled with a level of gratitude I've never experienced before. So yes gentleness, softness, patience.. all of these are my new way of being.

I have been using this practice since it became available, multiple days and often more than once. Just now found the ✅that either records when I visit it or shows my progress. 🤷🏼‍♀️ The progress I am making by committing to regular practice is great! Really shifting and my baseline has significantly raised. Thank you so much for all you offer to us.

I've done this breath work multiple times a day since it first became available. Not exactly sure but several days.
somatic session on day 2
towards the end of my session i felt nauseous in my solar pleaxus , and i felt it alot of the day and felt really off maybe raw , than i got a neck pain on the right side that ive havent felt in forever , it got worse till the night , and now today it is way better nothing there any more

@Nadeem Al-Hasan this is so good to know. I have been on an emotional rollercoaster for days, but I keep returning to the breathwork believing this will ultimately clear.

@Nadeem Al-Hasan Things are beginning to shift, at least on an emotional level. I'm seeing additional layers of beliefs that had been binding my confidence and ability to trust... on so many levels.

I have now done the daily Practice 6 days and it's still showing 0%. I checked in and was told to click the check mark to start. I did that today and it's still not recording my participation. Am I missing something?

@Sarah Mccord I clicked that days ago. No effect. According to staff that is supposed to change it but it didn't work. I'll reach out if it becomes more of a priority.
