Such a powerful reminder, Ayesha. It’s true,⁰ a single calm breath can shift the whole direction of a decision. Thank you for sharing this today, really needed the grounding. 🙏💜
Rupi Kaur (quotes)
Life is about balance, how you see things is a reflection of your thoughts and feelings about yourself first.🙏👀 🤔 Is the cup half empty or half full?🤔 🤷‍♀️ you decide, whether subconsciously or in full awareness. 👇👇👇👇 "How you love yourself is how you teach others to love you." "if you were born with the weakness to fall you were born with the strength to rise"

This is beautiful, Ayesha. Rupi always knows how to put truth into a single sentence. I’m realising more and more that the “balance” part isn’t something you chase, it’s something you return to every time you soften toward yourself. Thank you for the reminder today. 🙏💛
Self Practice 20
Today during my daily practice I focused on bringing awareness to my current boundaries physically as my back heals. For instance deep breaths can cause pain in my lower back. While respecting these boundaries I still am able to practice daily and not cause myself pain.

Love how you’re honoring your body’s boundaries, Brian. Showing up without pushing past your limits is true somatic wisdom.
A Small Moment of Honesty From Today
Today I caught myself slipping back into an old pattern, quietly pulling away when things felt overwhelming. For a moment, my chest tightened and my breath went shallow… the familiar “I need to disappear” response. Instead of judging it this time, I placed a hand on my heart and just stayed with the feeling. No fixing, no forcing, just noticing. It didn’t magically dissolve or turn into peace, but it softened. And that softness felt like progress. I’m learning that healing isn’t always a breakthrough. Sometimes it’s simply choosing presence over autopilot, even for a few seconds. If anyone else has had a small shift like that recently, I’d love to hear.
Listening to the Body Before the Mind Speaks
Lately I’ve been noticing how the body speaks long before the mind catches up. A tight chest before a conversation… a sinking belly before a decision… a warmth in the throat when something true wants to be said. What’s surprised me is how intelligent these sensations are. They’re not random, they’re leadership. When I stopped trying to “fix” the discomfort and instead got curious about it, something shifted. The tension wasn’t a problem anymore; it became a doorway. Emotional fluidity stopped meaning “feel good” and started meaning “let every feeling move.” The more capacity I build, the more I’m realizing: My nervous system isn’t holding me back. It’s holding my history, my wisdom, and my way forward. If anyone else is exploring this edge, what’s one sensation or pattern your body has been teaching you lately?
