I’m trying something different…
Lately, I’ve been catching myself running on autopilot, handling things, pushing through, keeping busy… but not actually feeling okay. Almost like my nervous system is always one step ahead of me.
Yesterday I just sat down, closed everything, and actually felt my body for the first time in a while. And wow… There was so much sitting there that I’d been ignoring.
What one thing has your body been trying to tell you, but you’ve been brushing off?
I feel like a lot of us are in that same space right now.
