Lately, I’ve been catching myself running on autopilot, handling things, pushing through, keeping busy… but not actually feeling okay. Almost like my nervous system is always one step ahead of me.
Yesterday I just sat down, closed everything, and actually felt my body for the first time in a while. And wow… There was so much sitting there that I’d been ignoring.
