Progress Slow but Steady
Redoing the 7 Day Challenge. Amazing how much you miss the first time doing them. Still learning and will slowly move to do other classes offered. The quietness and calming of these practices is very welcome. I feel I have so much more to learn. Seems like very slow progress but I see progress. Enjoying this very much.
7- Day Challenge
Have completed Day 4 and feel comfortable with the movements. I believe I will redo this 7 Day Challenge again, as there is so much information that I need to review. Helps me relax after a full day. Thank you.
Returning to Day 4
I have returned to my lessons for day 4 and the peace has been welcome. My husband remains in the hospital, although improving. The stresses of the mental gymnastics in the medical environment manifest themsleves in my shoulders and back. This morning my session took that tension away. I found myself doing cleansing breaths often in my husband's hospital room, for a break. Thank you everyone for your kind messages and support.

Day of study and rest - I did not do Day 3 practice today. I felt I needed to learn more so I listened to the tutorials for Day 1 and Day 2 which were very informative. I will probably watch them again as it will give me a better foundation for understanding the purpose of the practices. Am really enjoying this and the practice makes me feel better. Having a snow storm right now, which will last into tomorrow, so I plan to do Day 3 tomorrow. Relax and enjoy the evening.

Day 1. Felt very relaxed after my first day of the challenge. Wasn’t sure I would be able to do it but it was presented in a great fashion and I loved it.

Day 2 - Great practice. More stretching and relaxation and was very much needed. Have neuropathy in feet, especially left side, so some movements were more straining than others, so I will need to find my balance here and not feel I have to complete everything. Once my strength builds, it will become easier. Thank you - love this.
