In today's session, we went over:
- 8 pieces of brocade with variations — focused on winter element (water) practices and supporting kidney health through breathwork, mobility, and internal heat.
- Lifting the Sky, Archer, Wise Owl, Bear, and Punching with Fierce Gaze — emphasized proper alignment, smooth transitions, and connecting body lines with relaxed stretching.
- Practiced breath-connected movements, ankle rockers, gentle twisting, and standing meditation for grounding.
- Beijing 24 Form — focused on standing postures, transitioning between hand shapes, and the mechanics behind Wuji, holding the cauldron, and basic arm positions.
- Explored empty/full, open/close, and how to coordinate breath with movement.
