@Fernando Cantu I have found that taking that tentative first step (as if testing the frozen pond) can help with a flatter step. Still a work in progress for me, but it helps.

Day 9 I practiced the recorded live session from 1/4 and the Tai Chi flow from that day, as well. Before: it was a long work day, so I was ready for a good practice session. After: Felt great. The Elemental Qigong was a great workout and I really appreciated the extra attention on Parting Wild Horse’s Mane and Ward Off. Here I’m working on Ward Off - I need to improve my stepping and solidifying my stance. Great for extra work on these areas.
Hello Everyone-
Just finished my Day 2 of the 7 day challenge, and I’m loving it! This is all new to me…seems like a lot of terminology and poses to remember, but I’m not going to get bogged down in that! I’m thinking that will all come with time.

Welcome Everyone!
It's nice to see many new members. I plan to spend time in the Classroom practicing some QiGong this morning. It's very cold today in San Felipe. Let's all make some homemade vegetable soup 🍲 😋 Appreciate living!
