Tai Chi walking is so under rated
is so ahead of the game. I'm seeing Tai Chi walking everywhere. YouTube, Reddit, Facebook groups. The thing is, Rooted Alchemy is where I really became aware of it.
Sure, I'd heard about it, and it was never a big deal. For me, it was a "so what" practice. How wrong I was. Sometimes, its really nice to be wrong.
