The "Turning Point" Challenge (Winner gets a surprise gift! 🎁)
Alright gents - we’re kicking off a fun challenge starting TODAY. We often talk about leveling up our style. But the truth is, no man decides to level up just because he bought a new suit. He buys the suit because he first decided he was done playing small. We all have a "Line in the Sand"—that specific moment where the old version of you no longer fit the man you wanted to become. Today, we’re kicking off a 3-day challenge to honor those stories. This isn't a "who looks best" contest. This is about the Turning Point. Whether it was a promotion that felt out of your league, a breakup that forced a reality check, or the day you became a father and realized you had to lead by example - we want to hear about the moment you stopped cutting corners. HOW TO JOIN (Super easy) Drop your story in the comments under this post. Use this quick format: 1. The old you (What did "average" look like for you then?) 2. The moment (What was the specific wake-up call?) 3. The shift (What was the very first change you made?) 4. The result (How are you showing up differently today?) Optional: Feel free to attach a "Before" photo to show the physical side of that internal shift. HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS - Challenge will run for 3 days (starting today until Jan 19th) - Post your story in the comments of this post (not separate posts) - Our team will personally pick the winner at the end - Winner will be announced next week Monday Jan 19th - Winner gets a surprise gift from Antonio 🎁 WINNERS WILL BE PICKED BASED ON - Detail and quality of your comment (70%) - Thumbs up from others (5%) - Paid members will have plus points. RULES & LIMITATIONS - Must be Level 5 or higher to win - Free shipping (USA only; forwarding addresses accepted) The floor is yours. What was the moment you decided to level up? Let’s hear it below. 👇

OOTD - Wednesday 21 January
Just got off the Monterey Watch community dial in, man how am I not going to purchase one of their watches? The Blacktip GMT Alfred is really calling me. Today there are no appointments or meetings and it is getting a little hotter again with an expected 27C (81F) so I have grabbed the Yiume Undersea Party Shirt. Another new place to try out for the photos. It is still the backyard of the house but I have staged a plant in the foreground and using the new room in the background to try create some fun. Todays outfit consists of: M.J. Bale Linen Malone Jacket M.J. Bale Seafoam Chino Yiume Hawaiian Shirt Short Sleeve Button-down Beige Aloha Undersea Ecco Soft Seven Sneaker in Blue Suede Anson Seal Blue Strrap on a Traditional Buckle in Gunmetal Hot Chilli Socks (Christmas Present from my MiL) Space Snoopy Lapel Pin SOTD - Versace Eros Energy + One Spray in Centre of the chest of Versace Eros Parfum WOTD - Q Timex Peanuts Snoopy Chronograph TW2W68900 (The Snoopster)

wearing a hoodie under a suit?
Gents, I want your honest opinion on a style I keep seeing lately: I’ve seen it a few times in real life — even today at a café, an older guy wearing a gray suit with a beige hoodie. I’ve also seen it on TV, like on the Arab version of Shark Tank where one of the founders went with that look. Personally, I’m conflicted — but not in the sense that I’m sold on it. Most of the time, it feels odd to me, and sometimes even a bit try-hard rather than confident. I do like mixing a suit with a T-shirt — that feels modern, clean, and intentional. But a hoodie under a suit feels like a much heavier statement, and in many cases it looks like the suit and hoodie are fighting each other instead of working together. I can imagine it working only in very specific situations — maybe when the person already has status, credibility, or a clear creative identity, like someone walking into a Shark Tank pitch. Even then, it feels more like a deliberate message than a naturally stylish choice. So I’m curious: - Do you see this as confident or forced? - When, if ever, does it actually work for you? - Would you personally wear it, or is it a hard no? Interested to hear your thoughts.
