Make it your mission today to go out of your way to help someone out in a meaningful way. Make their day better. Make their life better. Don’t worry about what it costs or what you are gonna get back. Just give without expectation of getting something back. It matters. Good evening, gents! The first Tuesday of every month means a large forum meeting at work where people from different companies come together to discuss progress, challenges, and ideas. It’s always a good opportunity to catch up on what everyone’s been working on. Even though we all work remotely, I kept my camera on and treated it like any other professional meeting. I find that making a bit of effort with how I present myself helps me feel more switched on and engaged throughout the day. Today’s outfit was a simple white Charles Tyrwhitt button-down, navy Charles Tyrwhitt trousers, brown double monks, a brown leather Anson belt, a leather-strap Vincero watch, and my favourite blazer from Next that cost less than £100. Nothing particularly flashy, but a combination that always makes me feel put together and ready for the day.
