Today I wore the last of the new custom shirts, this one a light lavender. With it I wore the slightly darker jacket, grey trousers, drey pocket square, black and purple striped tie, my Italian Spectators and an arrow brim fedora. After service I took Robin out to brunch for Mother’s Day.

I love the season changes and the sales that happen around them Today I picked up a 100% Egyptian Cotton Chore Suit, that is a 5.2 oz tanker twill. The colour is called Empire Green. The Jacket is an unlined regular Fit and features a classic rider collar, two pocket design, with an adjustable waist tab with pewter metal buckles. The Trousers are Designed with a Regular Fit, and includes waist button fastening, belt loops with worker side tab details, and a lightly laundered finish. Whilst the sales tag on the jacket says $299 it was on a better sale at $199, plus as I bought the 2 piece it was another 20% off. So all up the entire suit was cheaper than the RRP of the Pants.
