I weighed myself - small win
I'd been avoiding the scale. I mean, I already know it's not good news because everything is tighter. I'm not obsessed one way or the other a with a number; I just need to feel really comfortable and healthy. The fact that I have never felt that is probably another reason for therapy, lol. Anyway, I do feel like the awareness is a small win. Does anyone have one of those scales that tells you the percentage of body fat and etc.? I'm definitely interested in keeping up with that kind of information.
