Hi all! I've been recovering from a cold for a bit and have been mia. I am truly trying to get rid of HPB by getting rid of or lowering my sugar intake. I have a great path to do this, but this is truly a hard addiction to break. I keep restarting but geesh!! I have dropped other addictions but this! Trying not to be hard or judgmental on myself but maybe I need to be. I exercise daily and get in from 4,000 to 8,000 steps per day but my resets seem to be way too many. Smh. Just sharing.
