Gratitude

Dear Ayla and this wonderful Community,

Thank you for all the joy, peace and serenity that is generated on a daily basis and not just during the holiday season where things come across as "forced" or "expected" as opposed to the genuine love and support that I receive here.

For me "resentments" in all their various forms are very dangerous. If we expect people, institutions, etc. to behave in a certain way, it is a recipe for disaster and depression. To that point, expectations are resentments under construction. I can only speak for myself but I just wanted to share.
