Protect Your Flame 🔥
Confidence doesn't need words. It’s a posture in the body that says “I can meet this moment without shrinking or pushing.” ✨ Reflection What does quiet strength feel like in your body? Warmth? Expansion? Stillness? Describe it in sensation, not words like “strong” or “weak.”

@Ayla Nova I think so... It's me. I'm the common theme.. me and my limiting beliefs that I keep buying into believing the mind's stories

@Ayla Nova I keep reminding myself to drop back into the observer mode so that I'm not getting swept into the emotion of the thoughts that come and just witnessing the thoughts... I know I am not my thoughts. It's almost like being on guard duty
The Waters Beneath the Belly 🧡
Below the navel lives a quieter intelligence. When the sacral center rests, feelings become waves. Not demands. Not confessions. Just tides passing through. You don’t need to express every emotion to honour it. Sometimes the most healing thing is to feel without reacting. ✨ Today’s reflection What emotion has been moving through you lately? Just name it.

Attitude of Gratitude
I've been sitting with gratitude today... The kind that notices the little things. The text that came at the right time. The body that kept showing up. The moment you let yourself rest without guilt. I have included a Yoga Nidra practice for us. It's below if you need it. Sometimes we just need permission to take rest, and I am here to remind you... you can. Yoga Nidra for Gratitude I want to ask you something, and I really mean it: What's one thing that supported you this week? Maybe it was a person. Maybe it was your own resilience. Maybe it was finally sleeping through the night, or the way the light looked yesterday morning, or simply... being in the presence of loved ones. COMMENT below if you feel called to share. I'll be reading every one. And honestly... Sometimes seeing what others are grateful for reminds us of what we may have missed noticing in our own lives. JOIN THE NOVA NIDRA SUPPORTERS TODAY 🧡✨

Something that supported me this week is Grace. Giving myself grace to make mistakes AND keep going.. I'm learning that Self-Mastery includes making mistakes 🙏🏼💜✨

@Tim Gray that's fantastic!! This is my aim! To create such a habitat for myself, where my daily routine easily and effortlessly keeps the positive momentum going in making consciously aligned coherent choices and actions... without thinking!
Integrating Your Journey Here
Sometimes the biggest shifts happen quietly in the in-between moments (Peace in Rest members... you know what I mean😉) when you weren’t sure, anything was moving at all. 😴 But every time you pause instead of pushing, took a breath instead of bracing, your inner landscape changes in ways you might not have noticed yet... I would love to know what you feel you have been able to integrate now! ✨ SHARE Reflection What is one of the greatest lessons you’ve discovered since joining this community? What are you feeling curious to learn or deepen into next?

I've made some really huge shifts within this past year and at the same time, lately I've been feeling like back at square one.. feeling so much energy moving around that feels anxious, agitated and restless during Yoga Nidra. The discomfort is almost unbearable. I would have to say one of my biggest shifts has been not going to the mind to figure it out and allowing integration of letting go and trusting the process, trusting myself.. I Am meeting myself where I'm at, with compassion.
🌙 The Paradox of Rest... and Awakening
New piece on Yoga Nidra that's close to my heart... exploring how the deepest transformation from surrendering. READ ARTICLE Weaved in the article is ancient philosophy, my own healing journey through a rare leukemia, and the radical act of rest in our achievement-obsessed culture. I dive into how Yoga Nidra sits at the intersection of Shiva (pure awareness) and Shakti (creative force), and why lying down might be one of the most powerful practices we have. The piece explores: - The myth of Vishnu resting on the cosmic ocean while worlds are born - The Five koshas (Layers of Being) we move through in stillness - How my relationship with Yoga Nidra shifted from fascination to medicine - Why rest reveals both light and shadow... and why we need both One line that kept coming back to me: "To rest in the deepest 'Self', one must first seek. Yet to seek too hard is to miss the rest." I'm curious... SHARE BELOW What resonated with you the most in the article!? Would love to hear your insights. 💫
