We just looked at the numbers before sending out your results this week, and we had to share this with you... Over 100 of you took the quiz. And what came back was honestly so beautiful. Sharing Gratitude
I am sharing immense gratitude, the Yoga Nidra has helped me navigate my recent job related stress and mental issues. I am undergoing professional treatment as well but it really helps me detox from the day and gives me positive energy to sleep almost every night.

Hope you all are doing well. I'm just saying a little something to stay in connection. Little by little. I'm working on remembering that it doesn't have to be perfect. I've had some really challenging times lately, and I've also let my practices down during them. I think just me mentioning my intention to practice to y'all might help with accountability. My commitment is that I'd like to practice Yoga Nidra even just for 1 minute, each night. Sending loves to y'all! Also random side note, I'm curious about the captilization of 'Y'oga 'N'idra?
