Hi Lovelies,

Just a fun little update in this community.

I just joined something called a Blitz in Goosify with fellow Skool community owner and friend

(who some of you may already recognize hanging out here 🥦), and it’s basically a 30-day “show up, try things, be consistent, see what happens” experiment.

The whole point is improve our discovery rankings on Skool. The better we do, the more visibility this space gets, which helps us grow our lovely community.

We’re calling it BROC N’ ROLL because…broccoli + rock energy felt right 🎸🥦🌈

This isn’t about business numbers. It’s about growth in real time. This applies to our health too. Consistency and small steps every day improve our health over time. I'll be sharing the parallels with my business and own health too.

So if you see me popping in more, sharing small wins, random updates, or dropping 🥦 everywhere, now you know why. Very much a “come along for the ride” moment.
