Rating: 7/10 it was good and tasty
Ingredients: chicken sausage, carrots, celery, tomatoes, spinach, red peppers, and pasta
This meal made me feel heavy daring practice. I ate it around 5:30-6:30 before practice and I ate another bowl after.
Today I did a good job not snacking and eating candy.
One improvement I can make tomorrow is eating not as big of a meal before practice.
