Shot Review
Here are some videos of my shot I took. I use a CCM FT6 Pro, P88, 55 flex. Right now I’m trying to increase the power of my shot. In these videos my shot felt pretty good, but I still feel like it could be stronger.

Nutrition day 7 - game day lunch
Today’s game day lunch was inspired by @Luke Croucher and his famous eggs and leftovers. I had salmon and sweet potatoes with 3 eggs for lunch today. I’d give it a solid 8/10, definitely a well rounded meal. However it reminded my why I’m not a big fan of salmon of game days bc during my game my stomach felt off. I think my stomach just doesn’t digest salmon that quickly cause I could feel the food sitting in my stomach. Gonna stick to my grilled chicken instead. But I understand all the hype of eggs and leftovers now. It’s quick, easy, and nutritious. Today I did a good job of getting in my carbs before my game. I felt really light, speedy and overall energized during my game (which was much needed with our two lines today). I also did a good job of hydrating prior to my game. I’ve noticed the more hydrated I am going into the game the less I feel I need to drink a whole bunch of water during the game. Tomorrow Im going to make sure I get my carbs in again and have a pre game meal that I know works for me.

Nutrition day 7 - game day lunch
7/7 Nutrition Challenge- The real deal
Italian pasta cake, its government name is Lasagna. Beer league tonight, so a 5 layer slab of pasta, meat, sauce and cheese. 7/10 It lacks a veggie - but Ive had plenty today with hummus. Makes me feel full, it takes every bit of will power to not Garfield the pan. Could swap the sweet and mild Italian sausage with ground turkey or chicken.

This reminded me of how much I can’t wait for my grandmas lasagna now that holiday season is rolling in
Day 6 - Chicken Sandwich Lunch
Ate lunch after an upper body workout and chicken sandwiches are a fan favorite at my school. I Ended up having whats exactlys shown in the photo, 2 chicken sandwiches with lettuce, tomato, and cheese with a side of fries. I also did have some chocolate milk since I came from my upper body workout right before. I'd rate the meal a 7.5/10 - it was good but I probably could have done better with eating a healthier meal even though the carbs and protein were all there. Today I did a good job of fueling right after my workout instead. Tomorrow I plan of getting good meals and snacks befroe my 8pm game.

@Luke Croucher hmmm good point. Gonna have to say sandwich tho, when I hear burger I think like a turkey or beef patty 🍔
