"🍎 I Finished the 7-Day Food Tracking Challenge! Here's What I Learned
Sorry for the late post for this. But anyway, I noticed that I ate lots of chicken and rice, eggs, and parfait bowls. Those are a big staple in my diet. I’m proud that most of my meals were balanced and was homemade. Overall, I liked this challenge and it was fun. The hardest part was probably remembering to take a photo and logging in onto here
"🍎 I Finished the 7-Day Food Tracking Challenge! Here's What I Learned
Day 7/7
For tonight’s supper I had chicken, rice, gravy and some soup on the side. I also added my breakfast for this morning which was 3 eggs and a yogurt bowl with banana and frozen berries. I will do the summary of all the foods I ate and answer the questions tomorrow.
Day 7/7
Day 6/7
For today’s breakfast, I had 2 eggs, a mango and my favourite smoothie. I’ve attached my step by step process for the smoothie and my breakfast. Overall, I would rate this meal a 10/10

Half a Banana 1 cup frozen mixed berries 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt 125ml of 0% fairlife milk My favourite fruit is strawberries! I also love honeycrisp apples.
Day 5/7
For today’s lunch, I honestly have no idea what this pasta is called. I got it from a local Asian restaurant in town. I then have a chicken leg on the side. I’d rate it a 7/10. I’m just happy to have my appetite back. The pasta tastes better than it looks, probably should’ve took the photo before I mixed it all. They did a nice little food presentation.
