I finished the 7-Day Food Tracking Challenge! Here’s What Learned
Something that surprised me this week was that I didn’t forget to post every day Some patterns I saw in my food choices that I didn’t expect was that almost every meal I ate had vegetable's in it. My energy levels throughout the week were good and that helped me do good in practice. The meals that made me feel good were the ones with fruit and the ones that had broccoli. The meals that didn’t make me feel good was the burger. If I could change one thing in my eating habits it would be to stop eating Halloween candy. One goal I want to work on going forward is keeping consistent with training and eating healthy. Something I am most proud of from this challenge was I realized what foods made me feel good or bad.

Day 7/7 Chick-fil-A hockey rink dinner
8/10 it was good but it was not the planned dinner for today The made me feel satisfied with the quick change in dinner plans thanks to @Olivia Bongiorni far and late hockey game, that’s why we couldn’t have pork chops. Today I think I did well balancing every meal I ate. One thing I can improve is keeping consistent with healthy food choices.

Day 7/7 Chick-fil-A hockey rink dinner
Day 6/7 Food challenge- a smash burger from bare burger and a side salad
5/10 burger- it tasted really good but it was greasy 7/10 salad- it was a simple green salad and I added a hardboiled egg Ingredients for the salad: celery, chickpeas, olives, tomatoes, lettuce and a hard boiled egg The meal made me feel full and it made me fart. I ate the burger around 7 o’clock. I think did well eating salad which is not a normal choice of mine. One improvement I can make tomorrow is eating a good balanced breakfast before my game.

Day 5/7 Food challenge - Salmon with sweet potatoes and broccoli
Rating: 8/10 it was good but it would have been better if I heated it up. Ingredients: Salmon, Broccoli, Sweet potatoes The meal made me feel happy. I ate it around 8 o’clock. I think I did a good job of eating breakfast, lunch and dinner One improvement I can make tomorrow is try to eat a healthier lunch.

Day 4/7 Food challenge - chicken sausage soup
Rating: 7/10 it was good and tasty Ingredients: chicken sausage, carrots, celery, tomatoes, spinach, red peppers, and pasta This meal made me feel heavy daring practice. I ate it around 5:30-6:30 before practice and I ate another bowl after. Today I did a good job not snacking and eating candy. One improvement I can make tomorrow is eating not as big of a meal before practice.
