This week, we’re centering on one skill that quietly separates steady performers from emotional rollercoasters: The Neutral Zone. Most players believe their biggest battle is with bad shots. It's not. It’s with the thoughts that follow the bad shot. The spiral.The story.The identity hit. But the breakthrough begins when you understand one simple truth: You are not your thoughts. Thoughts will come. Some helpful. Some absolutely useless.Mental toughness is not about eliminating negative thoughts. It’s about learning how to detach from the ones that don’t serve you. That’s where the Neutral Zone comes in. 🎯 This Week’s Goal Your focus is simple and powerful: Practice getting back to neutral. Not hyped. Not defeated. Neutral. Because neutral is the gateway to clarity.Neutral is where execution lives. As you move through your practices and rounds this week, start noticing: - When does your mind drift into stories? - What thoughts tend to hook your attention? - How quickly can you return to neutral after a mistake?
