We want you to pause and either pray or take a moment to be still. In that moment you could also say something you are grateful for. DETACH FROM THE RESULTS... How often do you hear this saying and there are no actions to back those words. Try this out so you can truly detach from the results and find Inner Peace within your game! Step 1: Write down 3-5 personal values you have for yourself Step 2: Right down Towards on one side of the list and Away on the other side. Step 3: Then ask yourself, "What actions are bringing me towards the life I want and away from the life I want." Step 4: Implement more towards moves within your life and game Step 5: Reap the benefits of taking the actions towards the life that is aligned with your values.
